The software SLCTT uses gives the customer full control over their subscriptions (Start, change and cancel), so SLCTT doesn’t have the ability to make those autopay subscriptions changes.
So to cancel your membership, you will need to open one of the payment conformation emails you get each month. At the bottom of the email, you will find a link to manage your subscriptions. Follow the link, you will be given an option to cancel there. If you cant find one of the emails let us know and we can resend you one.
