Teams Format (PLEASE READ!): Teams may consist of 2 or 3 players. Teams will be seeded into preliminary RR groups of 3 teams. Seeding will be based on the top two players of a team. Preliminary RR groups will be drawn via modified-snake method, so you will play teams of all levels. Second RR stage will be based on your placement in your preliminary RR results… winners in prelim RR will be placed into Division A of second RR stage, second place teams in prelim RR placed in Division B, and third place teams in prelim RR placed in Division C. If the teams event reaches max capacity of 15 teams, your team is guaranteed six team matches (approximately 10 matches/player). Division A: 1st $400, 2nd $200 prize money. 1st/2nd/3rd Place Teams in all divisions will receive crystal medals for each player on those teams.

A vs. X, B vs. Y, C and A/B vs Z and X/Y, A or B vs Z (A or B that didn’t play doubles vs Z), C vs X or Y (C vs X or Y that didn’t play doubles).

• Refunds: No refunds after the October 5, 2019 unless the tournament is cancelled. Refunds given for events cancelled by management.
• Entry Deadline: October 5, 2019; Registration after deadline will have $5 late fee and is only accepted if event is not full.
• Format (Events 2-7): Single Elim follows RR (1-2 players adv). Some players may be seeded. All matches are 3 out of 5 games to 11 points. • Policies: All USATT regulations apply including dress code. No prizes awarded for splits, dumps, defaults, or no-shows. Events may be modified at the discretion of the Tournament Director. Do not enter 2 events with same starting time. USATT approved tiebreaking procedures will be used. No white shirts, shorts, or skirts.
• Unrated Players: Unrated Players cannot advance unless a coach/club admin recommendation of rating is provided.
• Proof of Membership: Must show USATT proof of membership for events 1-8. Memberships and renewals sold at the event. All players must either be current members or purchase a tournament pass for $20. Membership fees: Adults $75; Juniors/College $45.
• MEDIA AND PHOTO RELEASE: Any video or image (photographic or otherwise) of matches taken from or at the tournament is the property of USA Table Tennis. All matches may be recorded for live, online and tape delayed viewing for personal use (including, but not limited to, distribution on social media platforms) but may not be distributed for commercial purposes without the express written consent of USA Table Tennis. Entrants agree to allow their voice and likeness in such images to be reproduced in connection with USA Table Tennis by way of any medium.
